Scott Hurst
Scott Hurst is a photographer from the US.
Nice interview with him by Blake Andrews here.
Self-declares to be an unsuccessful artist, and not going to become one. But what is success then?

Home made photobook by Blake Andrews.
Drawing more and more to zines at the moment. This home-made photobook is top-of-bill. Love these un-posed, gritty, random-like pictures. Some are hand-colored by Blake.
I watched a few “professional” interviews with Bertien van Manen, but this simple interview by photographer and blogger Blake Andrews is the best by far:

Blake Andrews, with Dirtyharrry probably the photographers with the most eccentric photographic style of the Un-Public aka in-public photographers. Author of great blog.
Mostly analog, but not afraid of digital…
Blake Andrews is probably the most controversial In-Public – o sorry UP Photographers – member. Eric Kim did 2 interesting long-view (// long-read) interviews with him.
Like his “move on” philosophy to making pictures, though not sure that is the best approach for every photographer.
